Account Executive – Richmond

We are looking for an Account Executive to be the primary relationship manager between the agency and client contacts. This role is instrumental in the development of strategic marketing programs for our clients and responsible for carrying out the plan approved by the client on a daily, project by project basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Keep apprised of clients' products, services, and marketing developments
  • Receive client’s briefings
  • Complete job starters, communications, creative briefs and client contract reports for all client meetings and distributes to appropriate agency personnel
  • Monitor and coordinate daily communications between client management, agency management, and agency media, production, and creative teams
  • Quickly and accurately relay client job communications and monthly reports on project work
  • Actively develop marketing, media, and PR strategies and proposals
  • Effectively present, sell and defend all agency work and proposals to clients
  • Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel
  • Obtain approval from client on budgets, ideas and strategy
  • Actively seek additional projects from client contacts and cross sell agency services not currently utilized by the client
  • Assist in preparation of client invoices and collection of accounts receivable
  • Assist on new business efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3 plus years of experience in Advertising, Public Relations, or similar environment.
  • Ability to utilize technology proficiently in order to successfully perform work. Take ownership in learning and improving one's technology capabilities
  • Ability to develop compelling strategies, write compelling proposals, and make compelling presentations
  • Strives to be educated in communications, marketing, and advertising trends
  • Ability to cultivate networking opportunities by attending internal and external events
  • Team building personality and ability to work with others easily and quickly gain respect

Web Analyst – Chattanooga

We are a growing southeast regional advertising agency with one goal: to make a difference in the work we do. In order to make that difference, we assemble teams of creative individuals who are motivated by an innate curiosity to discover the next great idea.

We are looking for a web analyst who will work directly and autonomously with account management, media and clients to development measurement and tracking plans for client campaigns, as well as creating and delivering performance reports on these campaigns for both internal and external clients.

The analyst will be responsible for the collection and organization of all data related to assigned clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns (from media platforms, website data, as well as data from client data sources), and will collaborate with the media team to deliver insightful, actionable reports on full campaign performance and optimizations for clients. The ideal candidate will be able to present to account teams and clients, manipulate and interpret complex data, and work collaboratively with team members from other functions to identify the best action to take based on the data. Additionally, the analyst will have a constant curiosity to stay ahead of a changing and complex marketplace, and a desire to find and implement new and better ways to dig through the data in order to provide better value to our clients.

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Collaborate with Account Management and Media teams to create measurement plans with KPIs and targets to track website and campaign success.
  • Based on measurement plan, set up and configure Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics to facilitate tracking on websites. Work closely with developers to ensure smooth and accurate tracking setup.
  • Create website reporting to include website performance, visitor behavior, cross-channel marketing performance, etc. according to campaign objectives and client business goals.
  • Perform website analytics audits and identify gaps in tagging as well as actionable recommendations for teams to execute.
  • Identify opportunities for and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve site performance.
  • SEO experience is a plus: Lead aspects of SEO including keyword analysis, metadata strategy, onsite and offsite optimization plans, and providing best practice guides to clients.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience working in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Proven history of developing and managing website analytics efforts from measurement plans to client reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interact with all levels of technical expertise
  • Working understanding of marketing platforms (e.g., Google AdWords, DoubleClick, Facebook Ads) and marketing attribution
  • Experience with healthcare marketing is a plus
  • Experience working in Tableau is a plus

This position is full-time and will be based in either our Richmond, VA or Chattanooga, TN office.
